Moving to Punta Prima

Just wondered is there anyone who is buying a apartment at LA CINUELICA ALCAZAR due for completion 30th June. We have just had conformation all is ready going over to complete in July,would be good to know if anyone else is going to be in the same block before we go.

There are loads of people buying on La Cinuelica,we have our own little website where you can get lots of info at lacinuelica.net.

Hi Colin & Lisa
We completed on La Cinuelica in February and are back out in July. There is still a lot of building going on and they have started building on the Torrevieja side of the main road also. This area is being called Punta Marina. Just one point and please someone correct me if I am wrong. We were told that we were not classed as Punta Prima, as Punta Prima applies to the sea side of the N332 only. La Cinuelica is in Los Altos. Also we are classed as Orihuela Costa and not Torrevieja, please forgive me if you are aware of that already. All that said, if someone asks us where abouts we are we usually just say southt of torre up from Punta Prima, at least more people have heard of that than Los Altos. As Sue said in the previous post, have a look on the La Cinuelica website you will soon get to know your neighbours in the area. Hope all goes well for you on your completion.

Please can you tell me is it R9 you are buying in la cinulica, because I am also buying alazar R9 in la cinulica. Can you also tell me who told you that the apartments are completed as we have not had that confirmation yet!
