Christmas in Torrevieja

Have spent the last eleven years coming to Torrevieja over Christmas and new year and always spent a few days in a hotel in Benidorm for a few days pampering! However, last year we said that we wouldn't stay in Benidorm again, we're getting a bit old for late nights and constant drinking. Has anyone any suggestions for a short hotel stay over the Christmas period with full board somewhere different for us?

Why not look at Mar Menor area Hotel Triana in San Pedro del Pinatar comes to mind also 2 4* hotels is nice and there are a few hotels at Los Alcazares too not too far to go

I recommend Hotel Restaurante Tutu in Torrevieja. It's only a 15-minute walk to the parades, marinas, and shops; the centre. Or five minutes drive. A pleasant little hotel and reasonably priced. It is yards from the main road running into town.

Torrevieja's a nice town with much to do and great to use as a touring base. Hotel Tutu hoteltutu.com ... Have a nice one.

La Zenia Hotel comes highly recommended from friends who have just stayed there. Food is very good and the hotel has entertainment on of a night. This hotel is situated next to La Zenia beach, a short taxi ride from Torrevieja.

You can also get full board for a lot less than you would expect but sometimes they seem reluctant to offer it.
