I wonder if the greed of some businesses will kill the goose that lays the golden eggs (the customer). I hardly used my Vodaphone mobile phone this week but somehow the 10€ I put on it seven days ago needs topping up again.
I haven’t yet read Round Town News ‘breakthrough’ in price-cutting that I gather will hole Telefonica below the waterline. Surely if some services were to cut their advertising, pass the savings on to their customers; then word of mouth would bring even more new customers.
How will they cream off mi££ions when the disgruntled customers no longer use their services? Duhhhhhhhhhhh From here on my mobile is emergency or receiving calls. Sod them! (excuse rant).
