  • Dumbing Down!

I’m aware that it’s the British Labour Governments policy to dumb down the media, particularly television, and having just returned from a visit to the UK where I was exposed to UKTV I’m wondering how much dumber they can get.
Whether they think that by dumbing down the programmes their own supporters will be better able to understand what’s going on, as most of them are the result of Labours pathetic education policies it’s a wonder they can work the TV at all – most of them are unable to read or write. Or maybe it’s for the benefit of all the illegal immigrants flocking into the country with their hands out. Either way it would appear that moronic soap operas and reality TV are simply not enough – they’re dumbing down the adverts as well.
I honestly don’t think that Great Ormond Street Hospital do themselves any favours by having some obese harridan whining: ‘Anen ney tell yaah, that if e gets a cold nex wintaah, we mite lose im’ With every other charity now asking for two pounds a ‘munff’ unless of course it’s for cuddly little furry animals then it’s three or four pounds, they being a lot more important than either children or people generally!
Incidentally, if Labours welfare state is such a great idea why does the UK need more registered charities than any other country in the western world (think of all those fat directorships) just a thought?
The latest crop of ads to appear concern the purchase of ‘unwanted or broken gold’ a description that I fail to comprehend. These companies that have apparently been ‘long established’ but no-one’s ever heard of, want to buy people’s old gold jewellery at ridiculous prices. Even old TV personalities like Anne Diamond have got in on the act, although I’m pleased to see she no longer has her granny doing a cameo appearance in her ad. One idiot comments: ‘I had a pile of unwanted (it’s that word again) gold jewellery and sent it off to Crooks4Gold and they sent me 424 pounds. Thank-you Crooks4Gold’ Well at todays market price of over US$ 1,150 an ounce all I can say is it must have been a pretty small pile, about half an ounce.
Don’t these idiots realise that the only reason these ba**ards are buying up all the gold as cheaply as possible is because experts predict that the price of gold will double in the next twelve months, when all the worlds currencies collapse. Hang on to your gold you will need it to buy food! ‘Oh Thank-You Crooks4Gold’
Why do all the adverts now state that something’s ‘For Free’ when it used to be just ‘Free’, and don’t they know that there’s no aitch at the beginning of the letter aitch, only when I hear words spelt out with a loud ‘Haitch’ it makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck.
The average Brit tourist we see over here in Spain is instantly recognisable as one of Gordon’s Morons with their shaved heads, naked chests, beer bellies and tattoos, and that’s only the women!! The frightening thing is that they all get a vote. Now I’m not one for legislation, I mean 3,500 new laws since Blair conned his way into power must be more than enough considering that the only deterrent these days is a fine (think of the revenue!) but surely you should have to prove some level of intelligence to be able to decide the country’s future. Just one ‘O’ level or a letter from your old Headmaster to say that you attended classes at least once a month and that you can write your own name in joined-up!
The moronic classes breed a lot faster than the rest of us, well you would do, it increases your benefits, so what happens when they outnumber normal people?
From the state of UKTV it’s already happened……………..
