Has anyone dealt with Sol Bank on Punta Prima or Emder solicitors. We were advised last year by out solicitor to take over the builders mortgage as this would reduce costs on completion. My research bears this out.Consequently, we decided to take up this option, only to be informed by our solicitior on our last visit that the Bank are being very particular about mortgage applications.There is no problem with our income or outgoings but every time we think that we have provided what has been requested they come back for more information. We have already been informed that we could get a mortgage from Interbank and we are seriously considering this option despite the extra start up costs. Any info would be more than welcome. We are due to complete on June 23rd.
