Please Help!!!, I moved to Spain just over 12 months ago and in January this year decided to buy a car. I was informed by the salesman all i needed was a NIE No and my Passport. Once i had paid for the car They rang me to say I needed to be signed on the Padron. At this time i was renting a property with all bills included in the rent. On speaking to the Town Hall they wanted details of my Landlords Name and NIE No which my landlord was not prepared to provide no doubt for possible tax implications. I completed on my new house a few weeks ago and went back to the town hall with my escritura in the hope of signing on the padron. Im now told I need a utility bill in my name at the new address. We are currently on Builders electric and water and will be for quite some time. The garage is now saying they will de-register the car should i not be able to provide the paperwork. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated David[/b]
