Moving to Torrevieja

Hello. I currently live in Malaga and have done for 10 years. We feel it's time for a change and we are thinking about Torrevieja. Is Torrevieja a nice place to live in? What would be the best area to live in? Any information at all regarding our move would be apriciated. Thanks

We've been here Montebello, Algorfa : Information over 10 years and we have travelled and stayed in a lot of places from Cadiz to Callela and up as far as Madrid, haven't yet found an area as good overall as Torre, I stress area not town, it has its faults like everywhere else but as long as your not trying to make your own little England like a lot of people seem to be, I'm sure you will be OK. Read both forums to glean the info on the good and bad areas. I'm selling and hoping to move to Austria for the skiing, but intend to return often. Want to buy a house?
