Hi,
we are looking to relocate over to the torrevieja area in summer 2011.
we are looking for a long term rental min 1 year renewable .
we want a 3 + bed villa or townhouse with pool or comunal pool that must accept a DOG.
we have looked at various web sites to see what is available in our price range of 500-680 euros per month

Dear Dawn & Andy
Due to my wife`s sudden serious illness we need to sell our home at Jardin del Mar XIII (a small gated urbanisation with communal swimming pool.
As the market is slow and we havent yet put it up for sale,we might be considering a long term rental. We did this for about 8 months not many years ago.
We were living there till 10/1/2010.
Also we have a 3 bedroom mobile home(new 2007) in tenerife, which we need to relinquish.
The urbanisation is at Altos de Limonar between Torrettas 2 & 3 not far from Carrefour and the Salt Lake.

We have had a very good experience with our real state agent. I don't know if they manage rentals but you can try. They will answer your questions for free, just tell them that Ana from La Mata has given you their mail gcinewmarket@gmail.com . Maybe they can help you to rent or help David to sell their property at Jardin del Mar.

Keep looking there may be many more options by the time you move in 12 months time ask the same question when you have 3 months left till you move the houses on the market now may not be available a year down the line. Enjoy your hunt it is part of the fun of moving here

yes we are enjoying the search and preparation for the big move.
we are currently looking for ideas house styles and areas for when we do move , and hopefully we might be lucky enough to be offered a property for when we do move.

I have a three bedroom house (two bathrooms, solarium, front plus parking space, lovely communal pool, secure gated residence) in Jardin del Mar XIII.

It is very close to all amenities including Carrefour.

Dog would be welcome.

While I do not have any photographs at present, I can get these for you. In the mean time, this advertisement for a very similar property in Jardin del Mar XIII should be helpful in terms for picture and description.

It is a lovely fully furnished house would seem to be exactly what you're looking for.
