Having eaten sunday lunch at a variety of restaurants I believe there is no real alternative to the lunch at Market Street in San Miguel.
The quality of food is unbeatable and considering that kids eat free the total bill for two adults and two children totals 32€ excluding drinks.
OK the atmosphere could be jazzed up a bit but apart from that no real complaints.
Fairways in Villamartin Plaza-sulky staff/inedible potatoes/huge greasy yorkshire puddings and mean portions of meat.
Che in Villamartin Plaza- You have to try the Eggs Florentine starter ( which consists of a boiled egg with garnish). When we told that waiter that this wasn´t really Eggs Florentine we were told that it was the Argentinian version of the recipe!!! The desert (apple crumble ) was the best part.
When we eat at Market Street its unusual to eat any more food later in the day and quite often we return home with a doggy bag.
Although we finished lunch at Che´s at about 5pm we were eating sandwiches later that evening.
