Help need to contact AGAMED from UK

Please help. I desperately need to contact AGAMED from the UK. The number I have been given for general enquiries is 902 222 306 but this does not work from the UK. The other number 965 710 306 has no English speaking operators. So I am stuck. Does any-one have a number where they speak English that I can phone from the UK before they cut me off?
