Is anyone out there buying a property at Marbella Golf- Blue Hills - Florida Golf?
I have been told that a new law has been passed in Spain that you cannot move into your property until they have all been finished has anyone heard of this?

We have bought a Marbella golf at Florida Golf in Las Filipinas. Due for completion last September !!!
We are going over tomorrow for a week, so will be getting some pics if you want them. Latest completion date we had was end of July, but looks like this was another put off cos apparently it hasnt been worked on for three months. Will let you know next week.
Will have time for quick check in the morning before we go if you want to let me have your block/no. Otherwise, will get some general pics.

Not heard of the rule you mentioned.

I hope I am doing this right as I have never posted a reply before.
It looks as if you are buying in the same block, as ours was due to be finished last September and that was when they started it.We were then given July which we knew would not be finished then as we were out there in March and since then no work has been done.

Spoke to the builder today. His estimation is end of August, but our agent thought October was probably more realistic. Some apartments have windows in, no rendering done yet. Internally, the plastering looks well on its way. Aparently, as soon as the doors & windows are in, they start putting in kitchens, fit bathrooms etc.
We have asked for free air-con & security grills etc as compo for late completion, will let you know the outcome. Maybe you should do the same?
Weather is fantastic here, just downing my 2nd bier!!!! on Hotel PC, cannot praise hotel enough. Hotel Torre Joven at Punta Prima. Let me know your e.mail for pics. Will send soon as we get back.
