Telefonica log in details

Hi.
I am having trouble with telefonica.

I have internet through telefonica but have not received my password or user name as yet. (had line for 2 months). All calls to 902 357 000 have no english helpline or no reply, All calls to 1004 get cut off before you can get anywhere have another number as well but no reply. Have tried online but get into catch 22 of needing my username password. I want to set up e-mail and a website for the urb i'm on but english sites have now shut me down as I have no UK phone.
Anyone had same problem and know a way to e-mail someone in Telefonica who can e-mail me my details.

Go to tools and add a new connection

dial up no is 980200220

telefonicanet@telefonicanet

password telefonicanet

If you're on ADSL with a dynamic IP, Firewatcher, you need:
username= adslppp@telefonicanetpa
password=adslppp

To access your webspace and activate your mailboxes, you (or a Spanish speaking pal) will have to 'phone the helpline, however, as the password is unique to you. The username for this is based on your telephone number, i.e. xxxxxxxxx@telefonica.net

Thanks for the replies. I nearly succeded yesterday got myself understood but got cut off before he could get the details off the computer. Am now going to get a neighbour who speaks spanish to come around and ring for me.
