Long Term Rental Required - Villa.

We are looking for a small villa to rent from August 22nd 2010 until March 31st 2011 (maybe even longer by arrangement and we would consider a purchase if suitable) in the greater Torrevieja area for 2 mature adults and 2 very old well trained West Highland Terriers (who are better trained than some children that I know of). Off street parking essential and a private pool would be a bonus but not essential. Direct bank/cash payment with a deposit is not a problem. Thanking you in advance for any replies.

I have a 2 bedroom spainish style villa ( built 2004 ) that I could make available, It is on the princesamaria development in Aguas Nuevas, near to the big sports centre/football ground. It has off street parking a large balcony off the main bedroom and large paved patio area out front. It is south facing and has use of a communal pool ( which seldom gets busy ) What sort of rent are you looking to pay. I am flying over to Spain on Sunday 30th May until Friday 4th June. So could meet to show you around if you are in Spain during this period.

First of all I sincerely thank you for your reply. Is this a 'stand alone' villa and not a quad or townhouse? I would need to see a few photo's as I will not be in Spain until later on in the year. Rent - I am willing to pay a resonable rent for a nice property.

It is not a stand alone villa but part of a quad with some wonderful friendly and helpful neighbours. Thank you for the link to your property which does look really nice but I do want a 'stand alone' villa as I am used to being able to walk around the total perimeter of a house and I think that I would miss this - maybe not for a short stay but seeing that I would be there for 7 months I think that I would.
