Estate Agents!

We want to put our house up for sale.Everybody keeps saying it is the wrong time,but we want to do it anyway.Can anybody tell us a good Estate Agent to go with?That won't rip us off,but also sell our property??We have no mortgage,and it will not be on a chain!Would very much appreciate any help on this???Thanking you in Advance!!!!

thanx for that,but i have never heard of anybody putting their property up for sale with this company,i thought they did golf?and have not seen it advertised anywhere.I would rather go with somebody that i have heard of thanx anyway for your reply.
