Cheapest way to get furniture back to UK

I am looking to take my furniture & possessions from Las Filipinas, Nr El Galan (Costa Blanca) area back to the UK.
can anyone suggest or does anyone know of a guy with a van, who will do this as cheaply as possible?

Is there anyone that does trips to Uk & back to Spain again, to reduce costs?

Not sure whether to look at pricing up hiring a van here in the UK or seeing what the cheapest options are.
