Can anybody help, the house next door is rented and we have now got neighbours from hell, they do not know how to talk they shout, bang grills gates etc all day from 7.30 am. till late we cannot talk on the phone as we cannot here, we have been in touch with the agents, who we think have telephoned them but nothing has changed, Can anybody tell me can we serve a denuncia, and who do we serve it on the owners or the renters Thanks We have also put our house up for sale as we could not stand this perminent

What don't agents tell you?

It's something the agents never draw attention to, is it? The Spanish are a naturally noisy people, the constructions are not insulated (for heat or noise) as they would be in the UK and most of them have some sort of attachment although they come up with fancy names to try and disguise it.
The only solution seems to be to buy a detached property and then of course you become a target for thieves and have to have alarms, grilles, window locks, etc.

I had exactly the same problem last year - basically find out who the owner is via the community president , then either get the president to initiate a denuncia on the owner for you or ask the community administrator to issue one against the owner on your behalf - when you do either of these options do it in writing. Also diarise the attempts you have made to reason with your neighbours. Finally - do not let them ruin your life - take action.

That would certainly work on an urbanisation but I got the impression this was a detached property or at the very least semi detached?
