has anyone on here had an email from these solicitors like we have. beware as we had money taken from our account by them . we didnt give permision to take any money and a lot of people have had this hapen.i emailed them but the email came back undelivered

Go to the Guardia Civil and report them - they have robbed you. The GC will take it seriously. But if you have recently purchased a property etc check with the agents in case you have unknowingly contracted these people.

ABC Solicitors

Have you had any dealings with a Barry Young or a Lorne Young or companies by the name of Wired Legal services, Wills Direct Ltd or Wills Registry Direct or PPI Claims Advice Centre? I ask as I believe the people now operating from this address are not ABC Solicitors but a company run by the above people and Barry Young up until recently lived in Portugal and prior to that in Spain.

My partner and myself had 59 Euros each taken from our account by these people saying it was their fee for taking over from Aldea Asesores the solicitors who went into administration last year and that they were appointed to take over from them...the address given on their letter was Apartado de Correos 5024, 03185 Torrevieja

cancel any direct debit in favour of them and your previous legal team as that could be where they have the details from

They took three lots of €59 from my bank account, I phoned Bankinter and they stopped the transaction and returned my cash. One transaction was for my partner who does not own a property in Spain,or have a bank account,or an NIE number.

I will pay them a visit in November to recover my file.

I had an email from them and they had taken out 4 lots of 59 euros for my wife and myself, I rang them and they said it was a 'mistake' so I contacted the bank and they refunded it. Just to put this in a nutshell, is everyone saying that ABC are not bonafide solicitors? or am I being a bit thick here? Should we have nothing to do with them or have other people had no problem with them? The reason I ask is some friends of mine have just purchased a property using ABC.

Glad I saw this. I am looking to move solicitors (Aroca) and filled in a pro-forma for a Will just to see how the price compared. Didnt have to give any bank details.

I will ignore any response from them after reading this.

I Contacted ABC while I was in Spain and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised,they returned my file from Aldea Advisors and gave me some sound advise concerning my dealings with Aldea.
