HOW LONG DO YOU WAIT

Hi,
Just wondering if there is anyone out there that has had to have their money back due to builder not starting, yet alone completing their properties. If so how long did you have to wait after the clause date to actually have your money returned.We are dealing with big uk agents.

I have heard and it is only heresay as I have no experience that the return of funds can take up to 6 months which is kind of longer than the wait for completion.
you know my nightmare and it has just been extended to October
dunno what to do yet as I still want the apartment but getting pissed off completely

We have pulled out and have waited a month so far, they just keep fobbing us of.

Part of the problem was not knowing what we were going to end up with. as the alternative that they showed us was awful. nothing like the show home.
