SOLICITOR & FISCAL REP IN TORREVIEJA

We are coming over to Torrevieja area shortly to instruct a Solicitor for our purchase in Daya Vieja. Can anyone recommend a good one who speaks some english in Torrevieja itself as our builder's office is there.

We really only want a Solicitor to attend on the day of completion. (Yes I know I should have one for the whole of the transaction, but we already have a copy of their title deeds for the land showing they own the land outright and there are no debts on the land and a copy of their building licence from the town hall. Everyone on all their other developments has been more than happy with them.)

Also we need a fiscal rep to look after our tax, payments for stuff etc until we move over there ourselves. Can anyone recommend one in Guardarmar de Segura town or roundabout?

Are you crazy???? Would you buy a house in England without proper advice? Why then, do you this here? DO you speak FLUENT Spanish? Are you FULLY UP TO DATE with Spanish law? Have you seen and understood the memoria de calidades? If not, I recommend that you do the job properly. Trying to save a few bob could lose you EVERYTHING. People are always happy until it goes wrong.
