Moving to punta prima torrevieja

hello
planning on moving to punta prima and was looking for any information at all that would help me, from registering on padron & NIE, state schools in the area, jobs, and registering kids at dentist and doctors ect.....
all advice much needed lol

Right here goes again healthcare is not free here in Spain you have to either bring the last 2 years of your NI contributions ( or be a benefit cheat escaping to Spain)the way to do this is speak to the DWP BEFORE you come it cannot be done retrospectively it at least will give you time to get sorted out with work etc you have to go to INSS office in Orihuela to register they will tell you which salud to go to, but be warned make sure you have enough money to live on, work is hard to come by here unless you speak fluent spanish, you will struggle to get a permanent contracted job, unless you wait till the summer and get a job in a bar or restaurant ensure it is one where you get a contract because this will mean you can join the Spanish Health system. As for school as I dont have any children I will tell you what you must do to get your kids registered you must be on the pardon of the area of the school no postcode lottery here with health or schooling if you live in an area your healthcare and schooling will be in that area.
To get the padron you will need at the very least an escritura or rental contract you will be advised to go to a gestoria and get them to help it all takes time so expect 6-8 weeks
