Water Suppliers in Torrevieja and surrounding areas

Does anyone know who the suppliers are for water in the area.

Is there a website or phone number?

Also what are the standing charges per month or two months?

Is there a set charge for water supply and if so what is it?

We are not sure whether we are going to be on a meter (we are assuming that new builds now will be the same as in the UK) so does anyone know what the costs are per whatever it is water is measured in?

I am in between San Javier and Murcia and the quality of the water is dreadful. It is so full of calcium that we have had to abandon using the dishwasher. We have to use bottled water for making tea and coffee. I cannot get a lather when trying to shave in the morning. I am going to buy a water softener to see if this solves the problem.
