There is a lady who will fill in your non resident tax for 35€ she advertises on the .co.uk site. As for paying SUMA set up a DD from your Spanish bank account , you are right not to pay the crooks from Atlas who charge a huge % to do these jobs for u

I also pay my SUMA by standing order from my Lloyds International Account in Torrevieja. My solicitor sends me a bill for my non residence tax each year and it needs to be paid by 31 December of each year. On my apartment, the management give a discount to those who pay their quarterly maintainance by direct debit.

SUMA account number, NIE & address of property. Don't set up a standing Order unless it is always a set amount you pay i.e community fees as SUMA can be varying amounts over the years, don't know whether you are aware if you pay Community fees by standing oder there is no charge from the bank to the community

How can I set up a direct debit for a tax?
            This from the SUMA www:

You can set up a direct debit order for your bills in any of the following ways:

            1. By going personally to any Suma Office, with your bank details.
            2. By post or fax, sending a signed letter to the Suma Office, requesting a direct debit and attaching a copy of the bills you wish to have debited and your ID card, and a copy of a document to show that you hold the bank account.
            3. During the voluntary payment period, in any of the Financial Institutions which cooperate with the Suma.
            4. Through the Suma Virtual Office.
            5. Over the phone, providing you have received a document which expressly mentions this possibility.

            Suma Gesti

It is a very good site, loads of info and in English.
