Just got a call to say the pool is being filled at Bosque de las lomas 3 !, Dont know how long it takes before it can be used ?

Yippeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!! Just hope they are quicker at filling pools than building houses, as we go in 2 weeks.

Still waiting on Word back on our options from the builders but they've slipped it again to October

My advice would be to keep pushing the builders. They haven't given us a new date but have offered us alternative rent free accommodation from 29 August if not completed as a stop gap. Not ideal but better than nothing I suppose. I just wish we could get somebody to be up front about a completion date!

Any update on the pool? I'm surprised they are giving a finish date of October for the apartments. They must have really got their act together since June when we were last there.

I heard the pool was being filled by someone who lived there who was fed up waiting for the builders, rather than the builders themselves. They have also stopped everyone apart from the nearby residents using the other pool. Has anyone else heard this?

Been in touch with a resident on bosque de la lomas 3 and I've been told that the pool has been filled by builders not by people living there, but the filters are not running yet (even so this has not stopped people using it). She also says you can use the pool opposite the "hotel complex" as they are not on community charges yet.

Been up there today. Pool full, filters running and people swimming.

Not sure how long the grass will last though, it was already starting to look a bit brown.

Back from Spain today and can definately confirm the pool is finally open. You may however need a sythe to get through the grass, shame it wasn't a tiled surround instead.
