Are there are rules, regulations about paying a President for their position/ work they carry out on the communities behalf?

Good afternoon. The President could be paid for his services to the Community, and the payment could be a monetary sum or exonerating him of paying community fees or part of them. However, this is an agreement that must be adopted at the AGM and follow the particular Community´s statutes/rules.
