Hi,

what kind of costs should i be looking to pay on a re-sale house.
i have been told it maybe 14% by my mortgage broker, i think sounds too much.
I paid 10% on my first house.
should i look for another solicitor?

The expenses for the purchase of a re-sale house are: 7% of the declared price for transmission tax, notary and land registry fee.
