Hola
I hope you can help.
I took out a 75,000 euro mortgage over 15 years in October 2006 with Cajamurcia (currently paying 6.2% in interest and therefore I hope it will drop significantly in November as the interest rate is adjusted annually).
The money is transferred from the UK and therefore subject to the poor exchange rate.
Would it be worth me paying a lump sum of two or three thousand euros towards my mortgage and if so when would be the best time to do so? Alternatively, would it be better to increase my monthly payments by 100 euros?
Many thanks
Wende
