The Torrevieja.com web portal has been selected for the PLACA RECONOCIMIENTO A EMPRESA which is awarded annually by the Association of Hospitality Companies of Torrevieja and Region.
At the Tourism Development Center, the Association of Hospitality Companies of Torrevieja announced the names of the people and companies that have been honoured with the Gold Forks 2023 awards.
These awards are unanimously chosen by the members of the Board of Directors of the Hospitality Association based on criteria of seniority, trajectory and professionalism.
This year’s winners are:
GOLDEN FORK 2023
Chinatown restaurant
EL TENEDOR DE ORO (the golden fork) award is the highest award that the Association grants to a member who owns an associated establishment, thus publicly recognising its work in the local hospitality sector.
COMPANY RECOGNITION PLAQUE 2023

The PLACA RECONOCIMIENTO A EMPRESA (company recognition plaque) is an award granted to a company that maintains direct links with the Torrevieja Hospitality industry and helps and collaborates with it in its different activities.
SILVER COCKTAIL SHAKER 2023
Bianco Sea Emotion
The COCTELERA DE PLATA (Silver cocktail shaker) award shows recognition and distinction for the winner, it is given to pubs, nightclubs or associated nightlife venues.
INNOVATIVE COMPANY 2023
Seafood restaurant Mar de Levante
The EMPRESA INNOVADORA (innovative company) award is the recognition and distinction given to an associated company for its continuous innovation and commercial projection.
SILVER TRAY 2023
Bar La Marina
The BANDEJA DE PLATA (silver tray) award is granted by the Hotel Association to associated hotel establishments that have stood out for their foresight and good work.
MEMBER OF HONOR 2023
Rosario Martínez Chazarra
The MEMBER OF HONOUR award is a distinction created for associates or people who, due to their prestige, or for having contributed in a relevant way to the dignity and development of the association, the committee feels should be acknowledged.
HONORABLE MENTION – HOSPITALITY 2023
Julian Nuño
The HONORABLE MENTION IN HOSPITALITY award is a distinction the purpose of which is public recognition of men and women who dedicate or have dedicated an important part of their lives to the hospitality industry, as a cook, waiter, or any other function related to this profession.
The Tenedores de Oro 2023 awards will be presented in the Halls of Restaurante Insaciable on Monday, March 27th, at the 47th edition of the brotherhood dinner that the Torrevieja Hospitality Association holds every year.
At this dinner, various gifts will be raffled courtesy of suppliers and collaborators of the Hospitality Association.
