“Bohemian Lights” by Ars Creatio Cultural Association

The Ars Creatio Cultural Association celebrates its twentieth anniversary in 2025 with the staging of “Luces de Bohemia”, a work by Ramón María del Valle-Inclán that mixes farce, caricatural elements and a sharp criticism of Spain in the twenties.

The performance will take place at the Municipal Theater of Torrevieja on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 8:30 p.m.

The work follows the nocturnal and vital journey of the poet Max Estrella and his inseparable friend Latino de Híspalis, in an “absurd, brilliant and hungry Madrid”. Throughout the plot, an extensive gallery of characters accompanies the protagonists in this satire that mixes black humor, social criticism and a stark look at the reality of the time.

This production stands out for its staging that combines the theatrical tradition with a renewed approach to bring this classic work closer to current audiences.

Tickets are available from €5 at the theatre box office.
