Exhibition and tribute to Heidi Illi-Bannholzer

Heidi Illi-Bannholzer (1942-2024) is honored with an exhibition celebrating her artistic career and legacy in porcelain painting. The exhibition includes pieces generously donated by his family to the town of Rojales, becoming cultural heritage of the town.

The exhibition can be visited from March 7, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Ciudad Quesada Cultural Center in Rojales.

Heidi Illi-Bannholzer dedicated her life to art and teaching, specializing in artisanal painting on porcelain. His work reflects sensitivity, detail and creativity, and his teaching work trained several generations of local artists.

The exhibition offers a unique insight into Heidi’s talent, with decorative and artistic pieces showcasing her personal style and commitment to the transmission of art. Visitors will be able to contemplate hand-painted porcelains, representative works of her career and elements that reflect her influence on the cultural life of Rojales, celebrating the memory of a creator who left her mark on the community.
