Exhibition “Stories in Water and Color”

At the Real Club Náutico de Torrevieja, the artist Juan Atienza presents his exhibition “Stories in water and colour”, where watercolour is transformed into an expressive medium to recreate atmospheres, landscapes and feelings through the force of light and colour.

From September 16 to 30, 2025, the Real Club Náutico de Torrevieja will host this new proposal by the Torrevieja painter.

Born in Torrevieja in 1961, Atienza is a self-taught artist who began his passion for painting at the age of 8, first with oil and later exploring various techniques, until he found in watercolor his most personal means of expression.

In this exhibition, Atienza shares works that reflect his ability to transform water and colour into vivid landscapes and seafaring scenes that capture the essence of his hometown.
