Exhibition “Water and Color”

The Casino de Torrevieja Cultural Society presents the exhibition “Water and Color” by the painter Juan Atienza, an exhibition where watercolor becomes a language capable of capturing atmospheres, landscapes and emotions through the force of light and the richness of color.

From December 1 to 21, 2025, the Casino de Torrevieja will host this new proposal by the Torrevieja artist.

Born in Torrevieja in 1961, Juan Atienza is a self-taught creator who began his artistic path at the age of 8, first with oil and later exploring different techniques until he found in watercolor his most authentic means of expression.

In “Water and Color,” the artist shares works that showcase his ability to transform watercolor into vibrant landscapes and everyday scenes that capture the light, essence, and emotion of his hometown.
