I see that they are only offering commission-only positions. I'm not being funny but I've always refused to work for that. If Co's want to employ me, they can pay me a basic salary!

      Hi Alyson,

You are quite right. The positions that are available whilst we trial the operation in Spain are commision only.

However, as we said this is a pilot scheme, and should it be successful, we will then start our Spanish operation fully.

Some of our clients offer commision only, some of a basic salry, some offer a basic plus commision.

People who come for a telemarketing/sales background prefer commision only as their earnings are un-capped. Every person and every client are different. This is why on the newsletter I sent you it did clearly say that if we go ahead with the Spanish Operation other clients and opportunites will be introduced and these other opportunities will have different terms and conditions and salary packages.

The main reason we are starting with this kind of project is because it requires a few agents, and gives us a great opportunity to test our systems. I have every confidence it will be a success and will give us the green light to open a Spanish division. If this happens it will open up a wide range of varied opportunities to suit many people living in Spain.

I just wanted to make it clear that although we are offering commision only on this pilot, it does not mean that all our future opportunities will be so. 90% of our clients are inbound customer service, the remaining 10% are outbound telesales.

      Many thanks,

      Hayley - hayley.morgan@sensee.co.uk

Sorry - this should have started - SOME people who come from telemarketing/sales background prefer commision only

          Hi everyone,

I have just returned to the UK after spending a further 5 days conducting research on the Costa Blanca.

We looked closely at telecoms and the legal aspects on this visit, and it was an interesting and productive time. I also met up with the local press again.

We are starting to get ready now to run our pilot scheme pre-xmas, and if that goes well we will taking the plunge and moving part of our operation to Spain.

Once again, many thanks for all your interest and feedback, please do keep them coming, and if you or anyone you know would be interested in homeworking in the future in Spain then just drop me an email.

          Kind regards,

          Hayley
