OST: “Sibelius & Tchaikovsky” Concert

The Torrevieja Symphony Orchestra presents a concert dedicated to two of the most emblematic composers of European Romanticism: Jean Sibelius and Piotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.

The concert will take place on Saturday, October 11 at 7:00 p.m., at the International Auditorium of Torrevieja.

With more than 15 years of experience, the OST has established itself as a musical benchmark, promoting local talent and attracting great soloists and conductors from the international scene. In this concert, he will have the participation of the solo violinist Nikolay Grabovskiy and the direction of Adolfo Arronis.

The program brings together the expressive power of two giants of Romantic symphonism: Jean Sibelius and Piotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.

Jean Sibelius:

• Finland, a symphonic ode to the national spirit and freedom.
• Violin Concerto, performed by Nikolay Grabovskiy

Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky:

• Symphony No. 5, one of the Russian composer’s most beloved works, full of drama, melodic beauty and symphonic power.
