Exhibition “50 years projecting talent, creativity and design”

The Orihuela School of Art and Design (EASDO) celebrates its 50th anniversary with the exhibition “50 years projecting talent, creativity and design”, an exhibition that highlights the trajectory of the centre and its contribution to artistic training and the development of design in the region.

The exhibition can be visited from 27 October to 27 November 2026 at the La Lonja Cultural Centre in Orihuela

The exhibition proposes a journey through five decades of educational and creative activity through a selection of works made by the students, artistic projects and materials that reflect the evolution of artistic education and design. The contents include historical photographs of the school, posters, graphic design projects, ceramic and sculpture pieces, as well as recognized and award-winning works.

Through this tour, the exhibition invites you to discover the evolution of creativity and artistic disciplines over these 50 years, recovering the memory of the institution and showing the talent of several generations of students. A celebration that recognizes the role of EASDO in the promotion of art, innovation and design, as well as its link with the cultural life of Orihuela and its surroundings.
