Exhibition “Indelible”

The artist Jaime Aniorte presents his exhibition “Imborrable”, a painting exhibition that reflects on the passage of time, memory and the traces that remain in the landscape despite its transformations.

The exhibition can be visited at the Casa de Cultura de Guardamar until October 16, 2026

The exhibition brings together a selection of works in which the artist explores the landscape from a perspective linked to abstract expressionism. Through the superimposition of layers, stains, graphics, brushstrokes and glazes, Aniorte constructs compositions in which the visible and the hidden coexist, evoking the different layers of memory that accumulate in a territory.

“Imborrable” establishes a special dialogue with Guardamar del Segura and its landscape, a space marked by the passage of different cultures and civilisations. Under its dunes, pine forests and natural spaces remain the traces of a past that, although it may seem disappeared, continues to be part of the identity of the territory.
