Art exhibition “Artist’s Book”

“Artist’s Book”, a collective exhibition in which works by 50 artists from Spain and Italy participate, transforming books into works of art that awaken the senses.

The exhibition will be on display from June 26 to September 21, 2025, in the Rincón Hernandiano Room of the Miguel Hernández House Museum, in Orihuela

The exhibition “Artist’s Book” brings together 50 artists from Spain and Italy who explore new ways of creating and feeling the book as an artistic object.

Curated by Gregorio Canales, Professor of Human Geography, the exhibition has previously toured several cultural centres, and has the support of an international artistic committee.

The works encompass techniques such as collage, printmaking, fold-out book and sculpture on paper, transforming the book into a visual and tactile experience that unites art and literature.

Admission to the exhibition is free.
