Collective exhibition “The Three Jars of Salt”

The Municipal School of Photography of Torrevieja presents the end-of-year collective exhibition “The three jars of salt”, an exhibition that brings together a selection of works made by students throughout the academic year.

The exhibition can be visited at the Virgen del Carmen Cultural Center from June 18 and will remain installed throughout the year.

The exhibition is the result of a project developed throughout the academic year, in which the students took on the challenge of creating original images always using the same three jars of salt as protagonists.

Through the works on display, the public will be able to discover different looks, styles and creative approaches arising from a single object, demonstrating how photography is capable of transforming the everyday into an inexhaustible source of inspiration. The images reflect both the technical learning acquired during the course and the creativity, perseverance and observation skills of their authors.

The exhibition is also a highlight of one of the most representative elements of local identity, turning the fleur de sel of Torrevieja into the common thread of a visual journey that unites photography, territory and personal expression.
