Miguel Ángel Montesinos (Sol Guía Repsol) is the head chef of the restaurant “La Galería de la Mirada” and the organizer of these gastronomic days.
His passion for haute cuisine and his desire to support other culinary artists in the region have led to the creation of this gastronomic event.
