The new restrictions in the Valencian Community came into force yesterday, November 7th, until December 9th 2020.
These are the new measures to try and stop the growth of coronavirus in the Valencian Community included Torrevieja:
Cinemas, theatres and similarly closed spaces may carry out their activity, with the public seated and provided that 50% of the capacity is not exceeded.
Wakes: They can be carried out as long as the capacity is limited to 1/3 with a maximum limit of 25 people in outdoor spaces or 15 people in enclosed spaces.
Celebrations: You cannot exceed 1/3 of the capacity of the facilities, with a maximum of 25 people in outdoor spaces or 15 people in enclosed spaces.
Free time and leisure: Recreational outdoor playgrounds will have a maximum capacity of 50% and group activities will have a maximum of 6 participants.
Business establishments. They will have a capacity of 50%. If it is not possible to maintain the safety distance, only one client/customer can be admitted at a time.
Outdoor markets. Up to a maximum of 50% of the stalls will be allowed.
Shopping centres: They are limited to 50% of the capacity in each of the establishments and commercial premises located in them.
Do these restrictions affect your job or business?
Hostelry: The activity of discos, dance halls, karaoke bars and cocktail bars is suspended, as well as singing performances in restaurants and hotels. The capacity inside the premises may not exceed 1/3 and on the terrace, the capacity will be 50%. Self-service or buffet services are not allowed.
Hotels and tourist accommodation: The common areas of hotels and tourist accommodation may not exceed 1/3 of their capacity.
Are these measures sufficient to control the pandemic?
Museums, exhibition halls and cultural visits: They will be accessible for groups of up to six people.
Swimming pools: Indoor swimming pools for recreational use, hotels, tourist accommodation and urbanizations must respect the limit of 1/3 of their capacity, and 50% for open air pools. You will not be able to use the showers or water fountains.
Physical activity or non-professional sport: It can be carried out without physical contact in individual sport and in pairs. Physical activities may be carried out in groups up to a maximum of 30 people, when carried out in open facilities, and up to a maximum of 20 when carried out in closed facilities, without physical contact, maintaining the safety distance and provided that 1/3 capacity is not exceeded. Ventilation must be guaranteed. The use of changing rooms or showers will not be allowed.
Tobacco use: Smoking is not be allowed on public roads, terraces, beaches or other outdoor spaces, when the minimum interpersonal distance of at least two meters cannot be respected.
