On September 1st and 2nd, the 8th Edition of the National Short Film Festival will take place at the Municipal Theatre, Torrevieja: TORREVIEJA AUDIOVISUAL
Tickets can be collected the same day of the event at the box office of the municipal theatre, Torrevieja from 20.45h to 21:00h. The screenings begin at 21.15h

The TORREVIEJA AUDIOVISUAL film festival seeks to value Spanish short films. A cinematographic genre that has demonstrated worldwide the great talent that our filmmakers have.
In this festival, new talents with future projection will be seen, as well as great filmmakers who decide to return to the origin of cinema, the short film.
The Councilor for Culture, Antonio Quesada and the filmmaker and director of TORREVIEJA AUDIOVISUAL, Lidiana Rodríguez have announced this year’s jury, which is composed of:
- Aurora Carbonell
- Miguel Molina
- Paola Garcia-San Juan
- Edou Hydalgo.
This year there are 11 selected works, 5 in animation and 6 in fiction:

- “Ya no mueren por amor” by Inés Campello
- “Un día de Mierda” by Vanesa Romero
- “Dennis” by Carlos Beceiro and Guillermo Garzón
- “La Rampa” by Juanfer Andrés
- “Leo” by Sergio Postigo
- “1996” by Ramón Mascarós and Carlos Escutia
- “Actos por partes” by Sergio Milán
- “Lullaby Aquarium” by Ana María Mendicote and Querarlt de Miguel.
