The 4th edition of the shopping voucher (bonoconsumo), Torrevieja will run from 2nd April until 20th June 2022.
These are vouchers that can be used in the many establishments in Torrevieja participating in this great scheme to save us money.
The vouchers are limited to 100€ per person and come in quantities of 10€ or 20€
In order to buy tickets in person you must make an appointment first, these appointments can be made by visiting the office ´concejalía de comercio´ in La Plasa (see map) between 14th and 18th March: 8am to 2pm, each appointment will be for a maximum of two people.
Then your appointment will be to collect the tickets in person from the 21st March until the 1st of April at the same office.
You can also visit the office during this time to make an appointment.
Remember: In order to buy vouchers in person you will have to go to the office twice, once to make an appointment and again to collect the vouchers. You must take your ID.

It should be noted that in this edition the period of face-to-face sales has been extended so that people who cannot easily access the internet can take part in this campaign.

How does the shopping voucher work?
With the voucher you pay 50% of the purchase price for goods or services in the participating establishments. (The other 50% is paid for by the town hall)
For Example:
- You buy a voucher for 20€ (but only pay 10€)
- You use an establishment involved in the campaign and your purchase costs 20€
- In order to pay you hand over the voucher, worth 20€, that only cost you 10€
- The town hall will pay the other 10€ from the municipal budget
- You have bought goods or services valued at 20€ and only paid 50% (10€)
Where can I buy the Torrevieja vouchers online?
The vouchers can be bought from the following website, click on COMPRA TU BONO.
You must select the type of voucher you want to buy and the amount, between 10€ and 100€.
The voucher types are 10 or 20€.
So if you want to buy 20€ worth you can buy 1 x 20€ or 2 x 10€.
Bear in mind that the vouchers can only be used once, so if you have a voucher for 20€ it must be used in one establishment, if you have two vouchers of 10€ they can be used in two establishments.
Treat your friends or loved ones to a great meal, a haircut or even some new clothes and get it half price!

HOW AND UNTIL WHEN CAN I USE THE VOUCHERS?
Each person can obtain a maximum of 100€ per DNI/NIE/TIE and they can be used from 2nd April until the 20th June 2022, they can be purchased in person or online between the dates shown.

Can I buy the vouchers in someone else´s name?
No, in order to buy the vouchers the TIE or Passport holder must attend themself.
Can I buy the voucher using my NIE?
Yes, to buy the voucher, you need to show your DNI, TIE, NIE or passport.
When does the Torrevieja voucher system start?
The voucher can be exchanged in the participating Torrevieja shops from April 2nd until June 20th, 2022.
How can I obtain the vouchers?
You can buy the vouchers in person from 21st March until the 1st April 2022. From 2nd April you can buy the vouchers direct from the website: https://torrevieja.bonoconsumo.es/es
What establishments are involved in the scheme?
Mainly restaurants and bars but any business with less than 10 employees can participate. There are too many establishments to mention here, apart from bars and restaurants there are also chemists, hairdressers and clothes shops plus many more. How can I find out if my voucher has been used?
You can only find out if your voucher has been used by entering the code in one of the stores that accept it.
I haven´t received the e-mail for the vouchers, what do I do?
The system has a slight delay in processing the requests for vouchers, so it´s recommended to wait around 10 to 15 minutes to receive the voucher by e-mail. If, after 15 minutes you still haven´t received the voucher, check your spam folders and if still no luck then you can contact the organisers on soporteapymeco@gmail.com
Are the vouchers refundable?
The vouchers are non-refundable, therefore they must be used before the end of the campaign on the 20th June 2022.
