Charity Concert “From Shakespeare to the Savoy”

Don’t miss a charity concert that combines music, theatre and storytelling, where audiences can enjoy a cultural show while collaborating with a charitable cause in favour of the Easy Horse Care Rescue Centre.

The event will take place on Friday, April 10, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., at the Ciudad Quesada Cultural Center in Rojales.

The programme, inspired by the world of London’s Savoy Theatre, will combine music, readings and stories ranging from William Shakespeare and Henry Purcell to Noël Coward, George Gershwin and Cole Porter, creating an artistic journey between different eras and styles.

The show will feature the participation of mezzo-soprano Louise Winter, actress Karen Drury and pianist Andrew J Daniels, who will offer a stage proposal that combines musical and theatrical interpretation with touches of humor and emotion.

This initiative aims to raise funds for the care of the more than 100 horses and donkeys rescued by the center, thus supporting their maintenance and well-being, as well as promoting solidarity through culture.

Tickets are priced at 12 euros and can be purchased in the charity shops of the center or booked by WhatsApp at 711 089 467.
