The Paella Route 2026 in Torrevieja
Ten restaurants, ten rice dishes and a gastronomic route to savour Torrevieja from 13 to 18 October.
The Paella Route 2026 offers a rice dish with a drink for 9 euros. With three stamps of participating establishments you can enter the prize draw.
The Association of Hospitality Companies of Torrevieja and Region organizes the first edition of The Paella Route – The Rice Route, an invitation to tour Torrevieja and La Mata through ten different proposals. The event is held from Tuesday 13 to Sunday 18 October 2026 and each establishment offers its rice with a drink included for 9 euros.
The route allows you to choose between seafood recipes, rice dishes and combinations with vegetables and garden products. Each cuisine brings its own style, so that you can visit more than one place and compare flavours during the six days of the initiative.

- Aura by Bianco (Torrevieja): arroz a banda.
- Foodline La Mata (La Mata): rice with Iberian pork and artichokes.
- El Teatro (Torrevieja): Italian rice with green beans, chicken and pepperoni.
- El Rincón Restaurant (La Mata): arroz al señoret.
- El Floridita (Torrevieja): Moorish and Christian rice with a shower of secrets.
- Luna Creciente Gastrobar (Torrevieja): black rice with artichokes.
- La Cantina Food & Drinks (Torrevieja): rib rice.
- Güest Gastrobar Restaurant (Torrevieja): rib and vegetable rice.
- Las Columnas Restaurant (Torrevieja): secret rice.
- HB Torrevieja Restaurant (Torrevieja): Iberian feather rice and vegetables from the garden with apple aioli.

How to enter the prize draw
In addition to trying the rice dishes, you can walk the route and collect three stamps on your ballot. Once complete, deposit it in any of the ballot boxes set up in the participating establishments to enter the draw. The announced date for the draw is October 24, 2026.
