THE TRADITIONAL “VILLANCICOS EN LA PLAZA” ORGANIZED BY BRITISH RESIDENTS SINCE 2002, HAS MOVED TO THE MUNICIPAL THEATRE
The Councilor for International Residents of the Torrevieja City Council, Gitte Lund, has announced that this coming Monday, December 14th, at 6:30pm, in the Municipal Theatre, Torrevieja the traditional international Christmas carols will be held for the first time, as, due to the current pandemic situation, it cannot take place as usual in the Plaza de la Constitución.
This year there will be new performers, such as Sette Voci and the Asila Association, all complying with preventive measures against COVID-19.

From the Department of International Residents, all residents are invited to participate in this event so that the Christmas spirit is maintained and these traditions so deeply rooted in our municipality are preserved.
The public attending the event is also encouraged to dress with Christmas clothes or accessories as has happened in previous concerts.
Finally, it should be noted that during the concert a monetary donation will be asked for to help needy families this Christmas, this is not obligatory but if you can help any donation will be gratefully received.
Donations will go entirely to REACH OUT (Hold out your hand).
