New members joining the website who are owed money and now looking for any information on the Treagusts whereabouts like the rest of us - can you assist? I have repeatedly emailed John and Amanda requesting my money which is now over 1,000.00 euros. I am pleased for the people who have had their deposits, etc., returned but I have given John the benefit of the doubt for long enough. John I know you will read this thread and I want my money back - at least have the decency to face upto what you have done to ruin peoples lives and take the necessary action to resolve this. I for one cannot afford to lose the amount you owe me.

John did promise to pay back my deposit during the month of January 2011 and I think he promised a few of you too but guess what - yes more lies and delaying tactics!! He's getting so predicatable. There's now over 8,000 hits on this Thread for goodness sake people spread the word!!! Leading up to the summer season now and no doubt other poor sods will be surfing the net and the CBL site still comes up. Hopefully my site does too!!! Cheers John.

Still never mind try contacting John at one of his other websites VillasByPhone.com - Spanish Property sales. Almeria Property Sales. Costa Blanca Property Sales. Cheap Spanish Property sales. I have commenced legal action against John and Amanda Treagust for non payment of rent and the retention of the keys to my villa. When information gathering I found that John had advertised my property on other sites than Costblancalive without my permission. These sites include Villasbyphone which looks as if it is now closed and HomeAway Holiday-Renatals. With the latter I have had my property removed and Customer Support mentioned that if I know of anyone else in a similar position to contact them and they will remove thier property from thier site. For persons thinking of booking a holiday with John and Amanda BEWARE as they were continuing to accept bookings for my property knowing that the property was no longer available and that the committment could not be fulfilled

We also are owed money by John and Amanda. I have just come across this site and am really unhappy about how many people they owe money to. I am trying to get back my keys for an apartment that they hold but cant get hold of them. Fortunately I have the keys to our villa that they rented out last summer. As with previous comments we also we promised in January that money would be forthcoming but since then we can't get hold of him. We have been more than patient with them and when I met him he seemed so honest. He is ex military as are we and for one ex forces to do this to another is unheard of. You woldn't want to be in the field with someone like this looking out for you! If you are reading this John you know how much you owe us and we need our money.

Hi Debbymac John and Amanda Treagust are fraudsters who owe money to many many people. I would suggest you change the locks on your apartment, contact the fraud squad at Home | Action Fraud and the local Spanish police also seek legal advice. The more people who do this will accelerate the Treagust's just deserves being a lengthy time behind bars.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me I am trying to get in touch with John Treagust of Costa Blanca Live.
I have booked a villa with this company for mid June this year, and I cannot get in touch with him to pay the balance. He is not answering his e-mails, and I am not sure what to do.

Hi Jamie,
You will have seen the various responses on this forum relating to John and Amanda Treagust and it is not good reading and unfortunately only the tip of the iceberg. In respect of my property they owed me a substantial amount of money therefore I took it off thier books. However, they continued to advertise and take bookings which obviously cannot be fulfilled. If you do manage to contact them be very wary on handing over any monies

john and amanda i have heard are now in costa del sol ,they take their kids to the nearest private international school its probably the easiest way to track them down with their surname Treagust ...

latest update on the whereabouts of the treagusts ...i was told today they are in the mojacar area
