The airline Easyjet will open 9 new routes to and from Alicante Airport:
- Southampton, Newcastle and Belfast City, in the United Kingdom
- Zurich, Switzerland
- Prague, Czech Republic
- Lyon, Nantes, Nice and Lille, France
