FAQ:
To get to Los Cucalos, you must head in the direction of the Zenia Boulevard shopping center. At the roundabout before the shopping centre, you have to follow the signs where it says “Villamartin”. You will find a small roundabout that indicates “Los Dolses”. And about 200 meters away, you can already see the restaurant on the left side of the road. You will easily identify it by the bouncy castle that is installed inside. There are no parking problems, as it has a large parking area (unpaved).
The Quesada Alonso family, with Pepe Quesada at the helm, are popularly known in Torrevieja as “Los Cucalos”. After many years at the helm of the now defunct El Pescador Restaurant, Pepe’s sons continue to run this restaurant, with Juan Carlos in the kitchen and Jose at the bar.
All kinds of rice dishes are the specialty of Los Cucalos Restaurant, although we can also find a wide variety of fresh fish and meats. Their tradition and experience made them winners of the golden fork in 2012.

My husband and I won a free meal at Las Cucalus restaurant in La Zenia recently via your website.
we did not know what to expect or what we would get for ´free´. Well I must say we were treated with the utmost respect and could have anything we wanted including wine and my husbands huge bacardi and coke.
It was most enjoyable and we will certainly return and pay for a meal.
