A gastronomic route from May 11 to 17, 2026 to enjoy the best croquettes in Torrevieja with creative proposals, prizes and a festive atmosphere

Croquetting through Torrevieja returns in 2026 with its sixth edition, consolidating itself as one of the most anticipated gastronomic events on the local calendar

After the success of previous editions, this event brings together bars and restaurants in the municipality around a proposal as simple as it is irresistible: enjoy the best croquette accompanied by a drink at a price of € 3.50

From May 11 to 17, residents and visitors will be able to visit different establishments in Torrevieja and taste a wide variety of croquettes, from the most traditional to innovative proposals that combine flavors and current techniques.

The route will have an outstanding participation of locals spread throughout the municipality, including areas such as the center of Torrevieja and La Mata.

Among the proposals we will find chicken croquettes, Iberian croquettes, seafood croquettes, oxtail croquettes or more innovative creations such as combinations with coconut, cheek or even sweet versions.

In addition to the gastronomic experience, “Croquetting through Torrevieja 2026” incorporates a participatory component. Attendees will be able to scan QR codes available in the establishments to participate in raffles and opt for different prizes, thus encouraging interaction and the tour of as many premises as possible.

The initiative, promoted by local entities and with the collaboration of different sponsors, continues to strengthen the positioning of Torrevieja as a gastronomic destination, boosting the hospitality sector and offering an attractive experience for both residents and tourists.
