Next Saturday, May 31, 2025, the Gastronomic Brotherhood of Cocido con Pelotas organizes the Great Festival of Cocido con Pelotas at the facilities of Cárnicas Ríos, an outstanding event for those who value local gastronomy.
The event will begin at 2:00 p.m . and will offer attendees a complete menu for only 25 euros per person, consisting of:
- Salad
- Cheese, ham, sobrasada, pâtés and assorted cold meats
- Stew with balls as a main course
- Dessert
- Drinks: wine, soft drinks, beer and water
In addition to paying tribute to this traditional Torrevieja recipe, the meeting will be a perfect occasion to enjoy typical cuisine in a cozy environment such as that of Cárnicas Ríos, recognized for its quality and commitment to tradition.
