Photographic exhibition “Spanish Lapland. The Cold Triangle”

The photojournalist Santi Palacios presents the photographic exhibition “Spanish Lapland. The Triangle of the Cold”, an exhibition that brings the public closer to one of the most unique territories of the Spanish geography.

The exhibition can be visited from September 18 to October 18, 2026 at the Gabriel Miró Roundabout in Orihuela.

The exhibition brings together a selection of photographs taken by Santi Palacios in the so-called “cold triangle“, a territory located between the provinces of Teruel, Guadalajara and Cuenca that stands out for its low temperatures, its landscapes and the ways of life of the people who inhabit these areas.

Through his images, the photojournalist offers a close look at this territory and its inhabitants, showing the relationship between climatic conditions, the landscape and everyday life. His photographs document an environment marked by the cold and, at the same time, focus on the stories and experiences of those who live in these places.
